UPS Change in the (Supply) Chain Survey
Designer
Not every project is a national campaign. Some are about doing precise, careful work within someone else's system — and doing it well.

This edition of UPS's annual Change in the Supply Chain survey was a freelance engagement. The audience was executive-level supply chain leaders. The content was dense, data-heavy, and written for people who would read every word if the design gave them a reason to.

Working within UPS's established brand standards, I developed a layout that imposed clarity on complex information — structured hierarchy, clean data presentation, and a reading experience that made a research-heavy document feel like something worth finishing.
