UPS Change in the (Supply) Chain Survey
Designer
I designed an edition of the UPS Change in the (Supply) Chain survey brochure, creating a clean, professional layout that clearly communicated complex supply chain insights to executive audiences.
The survey captures insights from global supply chain leaders, covering topics such as sourcing strategy, near-shoring, and the growing importance of customer-centric logistics. These are complex, data-heavy subjects that are often difficult to translate into clear, engaging narratives.
The challenge was to transform dense research findings into a format that was both accessible and visually compelling—something that could communicate key insights quickly while still supporting deeper exploration.
Working within UPS’s brand system, I developed a structured visual framework that clarified hierarchy, guided the reader through key themes, and balanced data with storytelling. The focus was on simplifying the information without losing nuance—making it easier for business audiences to understand emerging trends and their implications.
The result is a more engaging and digestible presentation of complex supply chain insights, helping position UPS as a strategic partner while making the content more approachable and actionable.
