The product and service messaging was fragmented, and customers needed a clear, concise understanding of both the generator and the Home Services program—all within the brief attention span typical of endcap interactions.

The fixture combined experiential, educational, and transactional elements, balancing hands-on engagement with straightforward messaging. The design guided customers naturally from product awareness to service action, without overwhelming them with information.
