Generators are a hard sell in a hardware store. Not because people don't want them. More because they're a purchase that most customers aren't ready to make on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon.

The challenge with this endcap was to create an in-store presence for a product most people wouldn't tend to buy in the first place. But the person who would want it (or was on the fence and just needed a little push) would need certain information and services, so we wanted to assist that. 

The solution was a communication hierarchy built under a comforting headline.
