Overview
An executive-level initiative to redesign an underperforming in-store display into a more engaging, conversion-focused customer experience for cabinet refacing services.

Challenge
Following a store visit, the CEO identified the existing fixture as disorganized, low-tech, and misaligned with the quality of the service offering. The ask was to quickly develop a more elevated, intuitive solution that could better communicate value and drive customer action in-store.

Approach
We reimagined the fixture as a hybrid physical-digital experience—designed to inspire, inform, and convert within a limited customer attention window. The concept focused on:

• Immediate visual impact through clear before/after storytelling
• Simplifying the decision-making process
• Bridging inspiration with action

Execution
The final design paired a large-format static panel showcasing a kitchen transformation with an integrated digital screen. The digital component allowed customers to explore potential outcomes and quickly understand what was achievable in their own homes, while providing a clear, low-friction path to connect with a Home Services representative.

Outcome
The redesigned kiosk elevated the perceived quality of the offering and transformed a previously overlooked fixture into a more cohesive, service-driven experience—better aligning the in-store presentation with customer expectations and business goals.
